Welcome to Havana- the inspiration behind our Spring 2016 Collection- a richly textured city of many layers screened by careful edit and random decay.

Each day we spent in Havana revealed a new layer unanticipated by the experience of the prior day.  Through observation and conversation with the artists we met while there, certain juxtapositions appeared in the weathered, bright color; censored, artistic expression; obscured, accessible information; and unnerving, optimistic perspective.

With sheer layers that mix to create unpredictable pallets of texture and pattern set apart by atypical color combinations in crisp cotton poplin we address these dichotomies that fascinated us.  One thing we know- as much as we sought to understand, we only just barely scratched the surface…
